Package Your Items
Place your unused luggage back in its original box with all protective covers and tags still attached to ensure a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
